Your best bet is to attend some car shows and seek out C5s that have aftermarket exhausts on them. Then ask the car's owner if you can listen to it run.

Also, as a general rule, keep in mind that the exhaust systems often won't reach true db level level and tone quality until about 6,000 to 12,000 miles and/or maybe 6 to 12 months. Sometimes the difference is significant.
