"H" Code came back - why?

"H" Code came back - why?
Hey Guys,
For the first time since I've bought the car, I ran the DIC diagnostics, and one code came up: A6-SCM U1064 H
Now I've read that I dont have anything to worry about because "H" means history - its not current. So I clear it, and drove about 100 miles and checked it today and its back.
Questions:
1) What does that code mean? A short in my seats somewhere? A bad ground?
2) Why if its an "H" code, would it come back?
