Fantastic results! I've seen videos of the paint-correction process and ceramic coating to know it's an involved process. Money well spent.

A bit curious, what is ceramic coating, and how is it applied?

The trouble is, that in 45 minutes one can have a Corvette looking 97% as good. And, after 45 minutes on the road, they will look the same.

^Especially if it's black.
I think the product the OP had applied to his is a harder finish that last and requires less maintenance if I am not mistaken.

Since no one answered my question, I did some research, and found what I was looking for.
I planned on a major detail for next year, probably in April, and this will be the finishing touch to the project.
As with any detail project, it is all in the "details".
May even do it as early as January.
Here in SoCal, January can be (and sometimes has been) like June in the northeast.
Plenty of sun, and warm temperatures for days on end.
Bob.

Anyhow, your paint looks amazing and if I lived closer, I'd use their services for my 02's paint. I think my 99's paint is beyond help
Its not like we are all personal friends. Dont see the big deal. I think thats a far cry from ur wife in bed?

$700 was way cheap for what was done...smart move...it looks great!

Well. at $1200. a wack, I'M gonna save some bucks doing it myself.
When Bill(ET) was on the forum, many complimented him on the finish on his vette.
He never told us just how he got that finish, only how he maintained it.
I'll bet he had a ceramic coating on that vette, and never let any of us know how it was so perfect, and had that "wet" look.
Now I know, ceramic.
Bob.

Agreed. If we all were trust fund babies, we wouldn't care about the price. And if we didn't really like your topic, no one would bother asking how much.
Otherwise, you'd get 50 PMs about it. It's just transaction, bro, not about your woman. That comparison is ridiculous. Let's all be less sensitive.

That looks fantastic! I think the OP has every right not to disclose price but I am for free sharing of information and I don't have an issue sharing what I spend on things. I think it helps educate all of us on what we should be paying for things for our cars. Just my .02.
