A while ago, I noticed my car ( 2004 Base Coupe) has this weird issue with the passenger side window: When ever the window is fully up (closed) everything seems alright, but after a while, it seems to pop out of the gasket. Even if the window is only 95% up, it stays in place (although you can sometimes see it starting to come out - but it stays in place).
at the bottom of the door there is a oblong plug which is the in and out adjustment for the window, tilt it in a little at a time. if that doesn't work you may have to bring the door it self in (hinges)!!!!
Grab the window and wiggle it with the door open. Does anything sound loose in there? The window regulator may have had a bolt that backed out, or a piece of plastic that broke.

this reminded me, there is a grommet that holds the adjuster at the bottom of the door (window tilt adjuster) that works it's way up and out of the opening where it belongs !!!!
It's probably going to be easier to take the door panel off and remove the speaker so you can see whats going on and get to all the adjustments ... there are several.
Take the door panel off. Behind the area where the Styrofoam panels are is a plastic sheet sound deadener. You can slice this to get access to the inner door. Mine was so brittle it just fell apart. You will see the window in/out adjustment screw connected to the window regulator in the lower right corner. This screw has a flange that pushes against the door with the head of the screw protruding out of the door well for adjustment. Loosen the locknut. Turning the screw cw moves the window away from the upper gasket. Turning ccw toward the upper gasket. Make sure you back off the locknut far enough. I didn't and broke off the hex end of the screw. Not wanting to buy a new window regulator I removed the screw and ground a new hex on the remaining length. Had just enough thread length for the lock screw to work.

The plastic sheet sound deadener is actually a GM part at the barn burning price of ~$35. You may want to try and re-use it.
