Not sure what to tell you. That is definitely an ACP rear fascia. Here is an old link to their price page. Click on the picture of the bumper at the bottom of the list...

Don't forget to SAVE THE WAVE!
Specter Werkes discontinued production on their fiberglass rear fascia several years ago. I was trying to find one and finally stumbled across one of the SW owners on FB and asked if they were still making that part. He said they had ceased production of that part quite a while back. The one Vettenuts is selling looks very close to the appearance of a SW rear but the description may lead one to believe it could be a knockoff. The one with the strakes on the lower section, I believe, is not a SW because the examples I saw pictured here on the forum did not have those. Of course, the SW rear could be modified to add the strakes.
A vendor listed here, Corvette Creationz, offers two very similar rear fascias for the C5. They differ from one another unless their shapes are slightly different and material (urethane vs. fiberglass.). I have one of the urethane rears that I have not installed yet. I and several others here pushed CC to produce those a couple of years ago and he came through along with wide body versions of the front fenders and rear quarters in FG and CF. Besides Caravaggio and CC, I don't know of anyone else who produces an integrated ducktail spoiler rear fascia for the C5 although I haven't actively searched for one in a few years.
