Wheel/Tire Question

So I'm planning to put 18 & 19" rims on my '02 coupe and my top pick (could change tomorrow) is the C5 Z06 replica wheels in the +1 sizes. House of Wheels has them in 18x9.5 and 19x11. Does anyone have experience with these wheels in the sizes mentioned? Will they fit properly without sticking out past the fenders? Lastly, what tires sizes work with these larger rims? Pics would be great if you have them! Thanks.
