c5 lumbar repair

What's the procedure to access the lumbar bladders on the sport seat ? I see there is a zipper but what's the step by step to get this center section apart ?

I got the top zipper undone and could see some black plastic fasteners that hold the rest of it in place. Don't want to go any further until I know for sure.

Got IT. You just push out these plastic rivets and the whole center section comes out. I can see that the hoses are not connected to the bladder fittings because they are gone. So I put it back together for know until I get some replacement bladders.
