The best part is that it is free. One aside to the CarFax reports; I had a car years ago that had been in an accident. Before I sold it I pulled a CarFax to see what information it had as I had never seen a report. There was nothing on it about the accident and repairs that had been done to the car. They only amounted to a couple thousand $$, but still it was concerning that they weren't reported.

No joke, check out ebay. I got a legit on there for like $5 before my last car purchase. Took a couple minutes and seller had sent me PDF carfax.
