WHY????
What are your goals?
What is broken or inop now?
personally? since this is a cruiser I would just go thru and replace what was needed with stock components... if you want something that is a little more fun on a curvy road I would look into poly bushings (they don't dry rot) but you have to be vigilant with keeping the bushings greased or they will squeak.... I have read somewhere that one of the bushing manufactures was doing graphite impregnated poly but don't remember where I read it or who was doing it...
All true, BUT my point is that (with only 20.000 miles on the clock) the STOCK suspension is FINE and will give you another 100,000 miles of BOTH street and (if needed) TRACK driving that is unsurpassed by most cars of any price. An 04 also has the BEST shocks, so I would recommend that you do NOTHING....but drive and enjoy your new car.
I'v got over 150k on my Z, stock from new bushing, it's be a competitive National tour car, Track car, Bonneville 150 lic car. The only noise coming from my suspension? T-1 sway bar links (also note that I have had T-1 front control arms from new). Car is still tight. I would suggest that with such a low milage car, your noise maybe be coming from sway bar bushing or cradle mounts.
