Not totally 100% sure on the fit, but I did check with Mid-America's web site and they list two different part numbers for the C5 and C6 hub covers. Perhaps give them or another vendor that may sell the covers a call and see what they have to say.

I heard from MidAmerica, here’s their reply:
They are not the same size. The C5 hub covers we offer as item 638-797 has an outer diameter of 8.5” on the front and 9.25” on the rear.
The C6 standard suspension hub covers we offer as item 638-798-O75 has an outer diameter of 8.25” on the front and 8.5” on the rear
