i just wanted to stop in and say I am proud to be part of the corvette community. Picked up my first corvette about 2 weeks ago now. C5 has always been my dream car and to me what a corvette is supposed to look like. I purchased a 2001 with the targa top in magnetic red. It has the black and light oak interior. 85k miles. The interior is pristine and I couldn’t be happier with the car. A trip to the detailer to get swirl marks out of the paint and the exterior will be pristine as well. As soon as it stops raining I am going to get some pics up.
Now that the excitement is out there, I was really stopping by to say THANKS. I have had a few interactions with forum members already and you guys are top notch. Thanks for taking care of a newbie. Looking forward to contributing! Everyone be safe and enjoy work tomorrow.

I picked mine up last July and am still learning about the features and mechanicals. For questions and suggestions, resolutions and establishing new friendships, this is where you want to be.

You might want to check out the East Tennessee Corvette club for their events. It's in Knoxville, however we do things all over East and middle Tennessee. etc.com
