X pipe questions
I'm thinking of installing an X pipe on my '02 coupe. There seems to be two types. One uses a stamped metal 'crossover' that has the front and rear pipes welded into it. The other style has the left and right pipes joined together with an opening between the two. What the pros/cons of each? Is one better than the other??? Also, does anyone have experience with the NXTstep pipe on EBay? Fit, performance, etc? $194 shipped.

I had the NXT exhaust with H pipe and as Cubman mentioned a lot of popping when slowing down. Switched to an X pipe and as he suggested, almost all of the popping is gone (although I didn't necessarily object to sounding like a Harley, though).
I've switched to the B&B PRT which I think is a much nicer exhaust (loud when you want it, and quiet for cruising), but I thought the NXT was a decent exhaust for the money.
