Pretty sure you can buy the tires from any Hankook dealer, not just Tirerack and either mail in the rebate form or submit on-line.
Also, in addition to the manufacturer rebate of $100, right now on Ebay, Discount Tire Direct has a $100 discount for tire orders over $400.....so save $200 total on a new set of great tires. All links below.

Hmmmmmmmm I'll have to check as I have two rears due in tomorrow at Walmart. Done changed the fronts last Dec.
Oh well, just looked at the rebate and it's Mar 5th to Apr 6th. So much for that thought!

Did this last fall with the $100 Hankook Rebate. Bought them online at Walmart.com with free shipping. Did two different sizes on the four.

I took advantage of this same rebate last year. They send you a $100 "gift" card (one of those credit cards.)
But those are annoying because you inevitable are left with like $2.75 and no way to spend it.Here's the best strategy to use it all, and not leave any cash hanging:
Buy a $100 amazon gift card with your $100 hankook rebate card.
Amazon doesn't let you pay $2.75 off one card and the remains off another - but they certainly do let you do precisely that with your "gift balance" on amazon.
And on amazon it won't expire or accrue fees, and you know that eventually you'll buy $100 worth of stuff.
My 2c. (Or $2.75, whatever)
