Default exhaust

I want a little more volume out of my exhaust. Would like one like the newer Vette (key fob or switch from loud to stealth mode). Anybody know of something like this. Thanks!

Google "electric cutouts"
Stock volume (too quiet for my taste) to open exhaust (too loud/obnoxious for me).

The Billy Boat Fusion might give you what you want, though it isn't on-demand with a switch or remote fob.

The electric cutouts or the muffler bypass mod should give you more noise from the exhaust without spending a lot of money on a catback system.

Do a youtube search and listen to the sound clips. Should help narrow down what you like

DMH cutouts installed by a professional shop is the way to go.

You can run "stock quiet" or set off alarms.......or anywhere in between at the touch of a button.

The most FUN mod I have done to my AE

I just did the bypass mod on my 03 Vert and it sure sounds better to me than the stock setup. Cost me $60 at a local muffler shop.
Some don't like it because they say it sounds like a motorboat but it sounds fine to me.
I'd do it again.

Thanks to all. I think I'll check out the "cut outs" at a local shop.
Thanks again, Dave

Ive been thinking about your suggestion for my 99. I'm retired and don't want to spend $1,000 for a louder exhaust. After thinking about it and with your little push, what's $60.00 compared to a bunch more money I could save and go towards something else. Ty
