Default Will a Cammed LS1 pass emissions?

I want to know if a stock LS1 with a 230/236 Cam and no more than an Exhaust System and High Flow Cats will pass state Emissions.

Here in IL it will with the right tune. It should and long as your throwing no codes. Does your state do sniffer or only a computer check?

The cam size limit to pass a sniffer test in CA is ~224/228 115+3
with a VERY Good tune with stock Cats & Emissions,
99 or 00 is last sniffer year OBD Port test started 00 or 01.
Others more knowledgeable step in.

if your state uses only the obd2 port then it will be fine, everything can be fixed through tuning... if the sniffer is used then it might be difficult
