I just purchased a new house. I love my current house but it only has a two stall attached garage. The new house has a four stall attached and it's 1.3 arces. I'm also taking bids on a three stall detached garage as I have five vehicles and my girlfriend has one (soon to be two). I close June 14th. I told the girlfriend she can have the house (4100 sq ft) because I'll be living in the garage
I told my wife that if she ever finds a 4 stall garage I'd go look at houses all day. I have 3 now so I don't need to move anytime soon. Your place looks great and plenty of elbow room between neighbors. I like that. Congrats.

If I had to buy again it would be a metal barn home on a slab. About 120 X 120 feet and about 30 x 30 setup inside for living quarters. Yes, I can dream.

One car garage is all I have. The Z resides there year round, the other 2 are in the driveway.
OP... honestly, you're living my house dream. 4100SF, yep. 1.3 acres is about ideal (my FIL has 5+, too much), 4 car garage for 3 vehicles and my garage biz, uhuh.

add a second 2 car door out the back and put up a 60x100 barn out back,with a large patio[covered] and maybe an inground pool for whats left[no lawn to mow]
on second thought,buy the lot next door too

Wow, that's cool. I wish they would build more like that around here. You are lucky to find them with a third stall that is basically too small. Is that a custom that you had built?
