convertible top repair

Hi, I have a few small spots of chafing that have worn through. Not huge but water would definitely get in. Any fix on "plugging" these holes? Thanks, Larry

Sounds like it is time for a new top. But until then to keep water out, you could get some vinyl and attach to the weather side using contact cement.

Epoxy would work and dries clear.

For an older Miata canvas top I picked up some matching canvas material from an upholstery shop and glued it on. I found small circular patches seemed to look the best. Held up well for several years.
