Hi all, I am not very happy with the steering wheel in my c-5 and was wondering what is the smart way to either have it redone or is there an after market wheel for my 2003? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
Redline (a forum vendor) also does steering wheels. Either wrap the stock wheel (multiple leather colors and textures from which to choose) or they will wrap a customized C5 stock wheel, chopping the bottom into a D shape.
I bought a D shaped one from Redline this year...it took 2 months for them to make it (they do the fabrication/wrapping in Poland). Once I installed it, I'm a happy camper.
I had my stock wheel recovered (custom red & black) by WWW.VetteEssentials.com several yrs ago & am a very happy customer. I got the finished wheel & traded the core back to them. Worked out well. Good luck!

i wrapped the wheel in a leather steering wheel cover
it made the wheel thick easy to hold and it is a higher quality leather
