International shipping
Many of you probably know this, but to those who don't, a caveat. I just shipped items to two forum members in Canada. We agreed on a price, shipping included, and I checked on shipping costs after the sale. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Both items cost more for shipping than the sale price. No fault of theirs at all, but if you do sell to someone out of the country, BE SURE to check on shipping cost first. I'm sure it works the same from Canada to US, too.

Good advice, even if you're not shipping to another country. Sometime shipping costs can be quite the surprise.

AK and HI are no different.....thats why I say shipping to lower 48 only.....if buyers outside that area want to pay the additional cost then we will talk.

I've bought a few items from forum members, and it really comes down to size. Small stuff passes through to Canada without any additional cost when shipping USPS, but larger items forget it! In these cases I have them shipped to UPS at the border and pick them up there...mind you this option is only for those who live close enough to the border to do.
