Cleaning the VR-B2 filter on my C5 Z06.

Definately a K&N filter.

So are you asking the procedure for cleaning the filter? You may want to check on the Vararam web site or K&N site for cleaning procedures.

I think they actually ship with a Green brand filter, which is basically another K&N like design. Just oil after cleaning.

Sorry for themisunderstanding. I have cleaned K&N filters before. I was just suprised to find one inside the Vararam air intake, I expected a green one. It also looks from the backside it was never oiled.

There was a light coat of oil from the factory!
