Default Tyre pressures on C5?

Collected my candy red C5 last Saturday and could use some advice on the tyre pressures please. I have Good Year 245/45/17's on the front and the drivers door guide suggests 30PSI. My rear tyres are Bridgestone 295/35/18's and not mentioned on the drivers door sticker? What pressure would be recommended for the rear tyres in this case for everyday driving? Cheers !

My sticker lists FRT 30 psi and RR 30 psi. I have had no wear issues or other problems, handling etc using this (cold) pressure in 16,000 miles.

Are your tires mounted on the OE rims, or at least rims of the same width as original equipment? If so, yes, I'd run 30 PSI (cold) in front, but in back, 30 PSI might be a tad too much for a tire that wide, again, if it's on the OE rim.

FWIW, I run 30 PSI front, and 29 PSI rear, on my C-5.

Tire pressure fluctuates with temp. Cruisin on a hot day 30 psi cold can creep up to 35+. 30 psi cold(70 degrees outside) is recommended.

I have always run my tire pressures at 30 psi cold and tread wear has been even and the ride comfortable.

The rears are stock Z sizes. Same 30# recommendation from GM which works for me.
Wonder why the Z width in rear... same wheels front and back?

And that is exactly why for the past 10++ years I have followed the advice of Evil-Twin..".Kenny...listen carefully...the sticker 30 cold is a generic number...run 30-31 HOT...that is the sweet spot..".
ET IS dead right on this one....just my opinion...Good luck with whatever you decide

I expect to get flamed on here but I usually run mine a little firmer, at 32 psi. Why. because it feels better to me, not as "squishy" on the road. I like the firmer feel. I have Hancooks and no problem with tire wear, get excellent mileage as well as performance. dry road or in the rain (OMG, you take your car out in the rain?).
The tire pressure on the door sticker is a recommendation from GM based on performance, comfort, mileage, suspension tuning, etc., and is not an absolute that you must adhere to, or else. There are many factors that dictate tire pressure, so take all the advice with a grain of salt, none of it is mandatory or written in stone. Do what you think is best and what feels best for you. Just like modding your car or changing wheels and tire sizes. Those were not recommended by GM. Again, it is a recommendation. not law.
Now, flame on.

I've been wondering about what PSI I should be using in my tires. I'm no longer running run-flats, just regular Uniroyal inflated tires.
