We swapped out to Billy Boat PRT cat back about 7 months ago and really like them. Nice, strong sound on start up or when accelerating but pleasant with no drone when cruising. This is with Kooks long tubes and X-pipe.

Oddly enough, before I heard PRTs in person I didn't think they were loud enough, I was going to buy B&B bullets BUT I scored a local deal on some B&B PRTs so I bought and installed them - ITS LOUD ENOUGH. It sounds throaty, some burbling (which I like) and it opens up really nicely without sounding tinny/metallic/glasspackish. I'm 36, had Corvettes since 19, some really loud ones and presently run on my LT1 C4 full headers/x-pipe into Corsas and that's almost quiet compare to my Z06 with only PRTs...The point is on my Z06, the only exhaust mod is a B&B PRT catback exhaust and it sounds perfect to me, loud enough without being an annoyance. It's added a lot more joy to my drives. We'll see how loud they get when I add headers this summer. I'll get ya an exhaust clip soon but here are a few pics for now as reference:

BEFORE - Stock Ti exhaust
AFTER - B&B PRT catback

Finially took some video of my 98 auto with shorty headers and muffler bypass. Here is the video.

I've heard the Corsa Extremes and the Billy Boat PRTS both sound nice when getting on it, and neither drone...

This is what we would recommend!
Exhaust is highly subjective; generally no two people will have the same interpretation of the sound and it's next to impossible to capture it in a video. Your best bet is to go to a meet and hear them in person!

I beverage a set of GHL bullets in the basement because they sounded like what I would be happiest with when I went looking. But when I installed the LG longtubes and 3 inch x pipe I wanted a 3 inch catbacl too. That was a few years ago so there might be more options now. I should upload the video of my first start after install of headers exhaust and cam swap etc. Sounded great but too quiet for me. Had my muffler shop modify with a 1 inch bypass and this video is the end result. I really love the sound and no drone at all I assume because of the specifics when modifying. There was a little drone at 1200 rpm to 1400-1500. Ditched the 4 tip config and brought two tips together connecting the piping before the tips(to keep even-clamps:/)and no drone speak of.

I can post more if anyone’s curious.

A lot of ear candy in this thread and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of it. Just depends on what you dig on🤙🏽
