need a dimension, please

This question is in regards to convertibles because I'm not sure the dimension would be the same for a coupe.

I'm replacing this emblem that a previous owner removed. Can anyone give me the dimension from the edge of the trunk lid to the bottom of the emblem for a convertible?

My emblem appears to be the same size on the front bumper and on the trunk lid. Here's the width measurement/

They are the same size but the one on the front is a different part number. It has mounting pins where the back one does not - it just sticks on.
