Yes, but still not sure of the question. Are you wanting to see different styles? Are you asking about installation? If installation, many are double sided tape, but some are attached with screws or nut/bolt.
If you are wanting to see different styles of spoilers one place you could look is the most recent C5 of the year competition.
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...or-2018-a.html . You'll see many different front spoilers/splitters as well as rear spoilers.

I personally prefer the smaller neater one, seems to flow with the lines. Very easy install, GM TRIM two faced tape

Yes, there have been a number of aftermarket spoilers on a C5. There is the SLP spoiler, Caravaggio spoiler, a ZR1 style spoiler as well a a few higher rise type spoilers.

Bumper with molded in wing, doesn't get cleaner looking than that.

Absolutely not. No one in the history of the C5 has ever attempted such a thing. It would be foolish to try..............

This is mine, but if you are not tracking the car, you do not need one like this. It is bolted to the frame of the car so it is not for looks only.

I just put a Caravaggio spoiler on my C5. Used the 2 sided tape. I was a little nervous of it flying off but I gave it a few days for the tape to set, parked it out in the sun for a few hour and its been great.
