Usually enthusiast owned cars are a little better than others with similar miles.
They tend to to take car of little things that pop up along with other things since they are in doing work anyways.

While many of those prices do seem high, the last several of these threads in here there were bunch of guys that make it sound like you can get a cream puff for 10-12 grand.
Another thing to factor in is regional cost of living. Some areas stuff just costs or goes for more including cars.
When I did my short amount of C5 shopping in my area the only cheap Corvettes either had salvage titles or they were literally ragged out. Well over 100k miles and most of them autos.
If you already have one of these cars and are happy with it, then I would be happy to see those prices being posted.
Like they always said on Pawn Stars though, just because they're asking for it doesn't mean they'll get it.
