Default Headlights

I just got a mint 1998 vette and so far almost as much in love with my first one which was a 1996 couple back in the 70es.
HELP HELP I really find the headlights to be horrible and am looking for guidance on what to replace it with.
SAnybody out there who has found the right replacement
Thanks

I agree with the 9011/9012 solution, but if you want to go whole hog projectors are the way to go. More expense and a lot more involved though.

9011/9012 for a cheap upgrade. Radioflyer for anything more expensive (and significantly better). I would not go with a JWM kit (plain ACAs) or the frog eyes (Depo fixed headlights), just go straight to Radioflyer.

Like others, I have lots of failures. Luckily they were all pretty cheap. I finally went with Radioflyer’s Bi-Xenons and they are fabulous.

Found two models in RadioFlyer

https://radioflyerinnovations.com/sh...dlights-for-c5

https://radioflyerinnovations.com/sh...aca-headlights

Big difference in two above because of the price difference?

The low rise Luminators will have equal/slightly worse low beam output than the ACAs, and significantly worse high beam output. What you are paying extra for on the Luminators is the R&D and custom parts needed to make it low rise.

I have the ACA’s. I jumped on George’s 10% off sale and couldn’t be happier. Tho I like the look of the low rise, it’s not enough to spend the extra money. The ACA’s with the bi-xenon main bulb are amazing. I essentially have 4 high beams now when I turn them on. They light up the road ahead of people who are ahead of me!

Only one source, radioflyerinnovations.com.
George Argel is the owner. You might ask him about the recent sale.

+1 on radioflyer ACAs.
Bonus: He recently indicated the possibility of a sale in the near future,,,cyber Monday, I think.

Diverging from your question, but for consideration or future planning:
His LED fogs are also a great improvement.
Not excessively expensive, and are plug and play.
and
the exterior and interior LED kit (IMHO) is a another great improvement over stock.

Non sale price on all 3 totals a bit over 1000, but with those 3 upgrades, I prefer the C5 over the C7 if I know I’ll be driving at night,
