Default My First C5!

Just picked up my first C5 or corvette in general for that matter. I'm coming from a CTSV Coupe and it's quite the difference. Each has their upsides but there is just something about these cars and this generation in particular that led me to picking one up. Test drove a Z06 and absolutely loved it, but my ultimate purpose for this car is for index drag racing and some highway fun and cruising so I went with an A4 Coupe (plus I personally prefer the body style). I found an awesome deal on a local one-owner, 2004 with 39k miles and it was the black on black I was looking for at a great deal so I couldn't pass it up. Now the madness and bad influence of this great forum begins haha

*Also looking for a CAI and headers if anyone has anything interesting feel free to message me, thanks!

Welcome to the forum. The car looks great but of course I a prejudice. The design is still spectacular. Hope you enjoy this beautiful example.

Welcome! I can attest to how much fun Corvettes are, especially C5s. Although my first Corvette was a C4 convertible, I have subsequently owned three C5s (one convertible and my two current coupes). Enjoy you new purchase!
