Default Rebuilt Z06 question

Looking at possibly buying a 2004 Z06 with 85k miles. The seller says it was wrecked and it has a rebuilt title now. Seller is asking $12,500 for it.
I'm no expert on damage especially on a Z06. I would probably offer something like $9500 to start. The car has been repaired and looks fine now.
Some pictures attached show when the car was wrecked, before repairs were made.
I would like to have a Corvette, this would be my first one.

Any ideas on damage from these pictures? It may have been mostly panels, I don't know that much.

Im guessing this is the car in question.

I personally wouldn't want a rebuilt title car because it's a little harder to sell and when I decide to sell, I get out, quick. Now, if I was looking for a nice Z06 to track or don't care about resale value then this one looks like a good option.

I agree with Dark Sarcasm. If your plan is to mod it, track/race it .... and not worry about resale, then this Z06 or one similar may be a great option for you. I do not track my vette but I like them real clean and for them to perform & sound great - and I keep resale in mind incase something pops up I am interested in, so an 'R' titled car would not work for me. But for many ... it's just the ticket. Really depends on what your ultimate plan or goals are.

Good luck with whatever you do. Whatever you decide, this forum is a great resource for all kinds of information and parts.
