Vette Models

Would be interesting to see how many of us have Vette models looking just like the one we own. Where and how it is displayed or a photo of your Vette displayed.

Displayed on my desk at home

On my nightstand by my late wife’s picture who always wanted me to have a Vette.

Not exact. Model shows red seats but C5 has black interior.

I have a Z06 die cast that I have intended to "convert" into a FRC and repaint it someday, I just can't seem to find where "that day" is hiding...

65 Nassau blue coupe 1/18scale model is FI, mine was 365 HP
82 red on black (I had a '80, L82 in some colors)1/18
2000 DBGM convertible I did this one from another color. 1/18
2001 triple black vert 1/18
2014 stingray in night race blue 1/18

missing 2001 white/red coupe
1964 Daytiona blue vert

found them both on ebay. I would think any c5 would do all look the same. Couple on there now in mag red including a key chain

How about a 1/10th RC car. This is a body I produced with a business I had. If I still had the business I might convert it to an FRC....

I just picked up the same one today. I dig that it has the correct interior color as well. Now I'm off to find a 1/18th diecast with BBS LMs to complete the look!

I checked eBay, unfortunately, the only magnetic red or "candy apple red" they have are frc's and not hatch backs. I've been looking since I bought my car...

My brother in law is a graphic artist so he printed up a license plate sticker same as the cars for the rear plate on the model

It really sucks that the Chinese government shut down the Danbury Mints production of die casts. They were cranking out a new Corvette model every couple months before the economy took a dump and the Chinese confiscated all their tooling. I have Franklin and Danbury Mint copies of my 58 but I need to find some blackwalls and Torque Thrusts to make it authentic.
