I got the switch backs (which are drl and turn signals all in one bulb-they are white for drl and turn amber when the turn signal is on, so 2 colors in one bulb) and the hyper flash harness from corvette envy. They were really cool and threw in front side marker led's too at the last minute for free, but forgot to tell them i got the smoked lenses. My smoked lenses have no amber lens on the side like the originals, so i needed to get amber side marker led's to be legal here. On recommendation from another member, i got these :

Apostle-see my link in post #22 above. Those are the ones i went with because my lenses are clear so i need ambers in the side markers per my state's law. (equivalent to a 194 IIRC). If your assembly has amber side lenses, then you can go with the clear bulbs (corvette envy sent me some, which i used for my license plate lights instead, as i needed ambers). Hope this helps!
All in and everything works perfectly (love it when it happens like that!) I was actually worried i would regret not switching over to the white DRL's, but with the new lenses and the switch backs, i think its muy bueno-very clear, updated look instead of that "frosty" amber color. Also, looks like everyone was spot on in their comments about the stock bulbs melting the housing. Looks like someone put mine on their george foreman grill for a while! Thanks all for the help and suggestions. Helped me a ton deciding on what to do

Are you running the Black lens or the Smoke? They look great.
Ed, I am not clear on what you mean by the clear being on when the lights are on but amber with running lights. Can you please clarify what is on when? In the daytime what is lit up? When driving with headlights on what is lit up?
