seems like the hole was machined a bit too big... I had a pfadt mount before I did a tr6060 swap and it wasn't loose like that... maybe you can find a bigger bushing that fits that hole tighter
Damn... i could machine my own bushing but the only material i have is teflon, and i think that would be too hard.
Do you Know what material i should use?
Might be easier to put a sleeve in the machined hole to tighten up the tolerance instead of trying to machine a whole new bushing.....that way you can use your existing bushing.
Could you add a sleeve to the small part in the middle for the bushing? Otherwise make your own if you have materials and machines to do it. That way you are only out a little bit of time.
Or could you make that center sleeve bigger so it expands the bushing? Just like the control arm bushings when you put the sleeve in it makes them expand and get really tight.
