Z06 Comparison: C5 vs. C6 vs C7
'Everyday Driver' had an interesting comparison of the Z06 across three generations.
Driving characteristics got a big thumbs up in all three.
The C5 was lauded for being a wonderful driving car for not much money.
It was an interesting segment and I'd love to drive the Utah hills that are featured in the driving tests.

I’ve instructed people in all C6 and C7 Z06 as well as C6 and C7 non-Z models. Les me to the C5Z... all great, but the newer ones keep getting/feeling bigger. C7 is highly capable but it’s slmost too automatic to drive
Thd C7Z was epic but it was so easy. I would take any of them, but for my own car, C5Z is perfect

for those who dont know Paul is a porsche enthusiasts and his admiration of the corvette is especially enlightening as well.
todd and Paul are good guys as I listen to their podcasts as well
todd owns a yellow lotus elise and pauls on his third porsche...a 928, a cayman S and now a porsche cayman gts...
they love light small sports cars...and yet driving the corvettes through the years and now all three z06 s back to back as well as the 755 hp Zr1 has insightful commentary that was fun to watch as they gushed over the corvettes...
I believe todd has even gone so far in various podcasts to say one day as the z06 comes down in price a bit he would love to own one...
these guys are not only sports car enthusiasts...they are real people where pricing of the vehicle has real thoughtfulness...
i like them ...Paul is a single guy and Todd is married and OMg his wife is stunning and his 10 year old son is a budding car enthusiast as well..
these are nice stories gathered from facebook, the podcasts, the youtube videos and the television shows...not to mention the yearly dvd movies sold ...
yes Im biased...they have a special quality as real everyday auto enthusiasts of many many brands.
