For this price I upgraded to nappa with suede type inserts. I di NOT get new foam. 1. I didn't see it for c6, and 2. Car only has 45k (ish) miles so didn't think it was worn that much

My genuine leather from Ridies, is twice as thick as OEM leather I dumped in two years, and MidAmerica skins that were leather and vinyl just like OEM and the only problem was the wear in the same place yours is starting right now.. The problem as you surely know with Vinyl is that it wears easily at rub and wear points.. I would never suggest using vinyl in a C5 because of the seat design and the way you have to enter the car.

Koreanbeefcake, please let us know how that kit worked out after you install it. For those of us who ordered both the seat foams and covers here from the vender why can't we ask how to best make both last as long as possible as in installation advice? If the vender can't answer, why can't someone else? I don't understand, this isn't the C5 for sale/wanted section.

I'm very happy with both sets the synthetic leather requires virtually no maintenance and nobody has been able to tell the difference

I am seriously considering doing so. My E-Bay skins are holding for now, but less than impressive overall, and I don't think they will last for long. Plus I really like the look of the gray with black stripes.
What's the count? Do I need to save money so that you reach 30?
