Someone messaged me yesterday about a radiator that I installed in my car a couple Saturdays ago. I was answering the message when my computer decided to act all F'd up and now I don't have that message anymore. So, to answer your question or if you'd like to send me another email I'll gladly answer all the questions you have on it. I have had the radiator installed over a week now and have zero issues with it and no leaks anywhere. I did have to bend a couple mounts for the condenser when I installed that but it was the only thing I had to do to make it work and it was super easy to bend them. As you can see it was shipped really well and had practically no fins bent over or messed up. All the welds looked great and had zero issues with them so far too. I love the way it actually runs cooler too. I installed a new AC system in at the same time and it works well with the new radiator also. Here are some pictures of the one I installed and I also got it from the auction site from ECP, so if this is a no-no to show this then please delete this thread for me.
I have had mine for about 3 years now with no issues. I have a 402 with a supercharger at about 650whp. Works great without any issues. I would buy it again.

I sent you a message about your ECS Rad. Thanks for the reply here.
I bought on a year or so ago and have not used it as yet.
Let us know if any issues pop up. I have read some reports about pinhole leaks at the welds. So if and when I decide to use mine I will have a rad shop do a pressure test before installing.
My ACS rad has been great for 5 years
no issues.
Just had to bend the outer tabs out to hang the shroud then bend them back.
Cutting the inner tabs off made it easy to fit.

I thought I was being pretty clear.
The rad has 2 tabs each about 3/4" apart in 4 corners to hang the shroud.
I cut the inner tabs off the ones pointing to the center.
The outer tabs that point to the fenders I bent out then slipped the shroud
in then bent them back and moved the shroud around to hang it.
The bottom ones I bent back on a lift.

Thanks for posting the link. I think I found mine on the auction sight though but it's the same thing. Mine's still performing great also. Jules12, if you change the stat to a lower temp make sure you program the fans to come on sooner as well.

Agreed, it is junk and doesn't work for S#*T, I'm going to look for another one to put in it I think. I also had silicone hoses on the top & bottom and they didn't like to seal very well with the aluminium, so I got the regular rubber gates hoses and they seem to be working better. I'm going to be looking into better clamps for the hoses as well. I like the ones StrangelovesM6Vert has.
My Vette Life - Subbed to your YouTube channel by the way.

I installed an anode rod in place of the petcock, ECP(speed cooling) sells them also, I think it was $12 for two. So far all good with my ECP, installed 05/17.

I currently have it on a relay kit I had the plug issue happen so ran the fan off of a relay. Was actually gonna try a triple pass from jegs and put their 2200 cfm fan on it but talked to one of their guys and they said it wouldn’t be sufficient so ima try the ecp one since you’ve seen good results

Thanks for the tip. Just ordered 2 for myself, $18 shipped to Arizona.
