Trunk carpet mats
Looking into getting a trunk mat for my 2000 convertible. I see there are a lot out there with varying pricing. Any suggestions or reviews on thickness, quality would be greatly appreciated.

It doesn't answer it specifically for a convertible but I have the Lloyd's trunk mat in my targa. Lloyds have a version for convertibles. It's fantastic. It's very thick, easy to clean (I just scrub it, vac it, and let it sit, install back in car, and then hit some diamond shapes with the vac), and it's taken a lot of abuse. I've hauled mulch, paver bricks and all sorts of junk in my C5 and the mat still looks like it came out of the package.

I bought a 3x4 door mat at Menards for 8 bucks. When I am loading up for a trip, planning on hauling something or stowing my golf clubs I put the mat in. It has eliminated any wear or soiling of the rear carpet of my convertible. Can't see spending a hundred bucks on a floor mat.
