My 2002 convertible has a dark blue top which wasn't available in that year. Was the dark blue offered in any other C5 year? Mine came originally with a bright white top which was obviously changed at some point.
I've added some mods since I bought her six months ago, including new rims, tires, and brake rotors (the pads were replaced just before PO sold it to me). The end links were original and rotting at the boots, so I replaced them with Moog end links, as well as installing Eibach sway bars.
The oem mufflers were put out to pasture, replaced with Borla 140017 "stingers", and deleted the floppy mis-colored sun visors. The cracked DRL housings were swapped out for some tinted ones and LED switchbacks to go with the update.
Interior mods include some saddle-colored leather accents from redlinegoods, and I repainted the center console to match the body color.
I want to do the manual shift **** adapter mod and add a custom shift ****, but that will be over the fall. Seat covers will be next year.
This has been a great summer of driving this beauty often and enjoying miles of smiles! I've been preserving the wave, and every Vette owner I've encountered on the road has responded in kind!
