Posting a picture of the tread left doesn't mean anything. As knewblew and Vetteman posted above, yeah, it's time for new tires. Tires should be replaced at the absolute latest every six years regardless of tread remaining. It's not marketing gimmicks; tires get old with age regardless of how they're stored and lose their ability to operate.
I had those same Pilots on my car when I got it. I ditched them for conventional tires. I used to drive my car quite a bit but I find it difficult to drive over 5,000 miles a year now that I have a child. It's 2019 so if you're worried about flats just carry a portable 12v compressor and update your AAA membership.
