Yes, they will fit, but if you get power one's they will have a different connector. Memory seats will be a particular hassle because they have wires that route through the driver door control module.This includes the button lights which will not work.
I converted my 97 base seats to sport seats...frames are the same...I had to drill six holes in each to accommodate the third cushion. Some frames, even on base seats, will already have the holes drilled. No way to know until you take them apart.
You need sport seat foam and seat covers, plus I highly recommend a kit for each seat to protect the new foam from being cut by the frame. Also a kit to resolve sest rocking issue while you are there.
I should note that my car does not have memory seats and I did not install air bladders.
