I live in the tiny burb of Elverson, just north of Downingtown where I had been for 40 years. The C5 is stock except for K&N intake, short throw shifter and Corsa exhaust. The column interlock thing has been done as has the 1st to 4th mod. recently had a new oil press sensor done & tires are Michelin run-flats? with less than 1000 miles Don't know much about tires on C5's but after Friday's drive I can say they are good in heavy rain!! It also just had a 30,000 mile service. So eager to get out and run it on some dry roads! Only question at the moment; how long does it have to cool off before I can put a car cover on it? Figure the Corsa tips would do it in. When I get some decent piks outside I will post them up. Oh and the previous owner ran 92 Octane, should I continue that? Thanks, Dave
That's an excellent example of the Dark Bowling Green metallic! Have you found the Green Hornets online? It's a registry of Green Corvettes. I wish you many happy miles and mods, and welcome to Corvette ownership!
Congrats. The C5 is a perfect Corvette to start with. I love mine. Now its time to show it off, get involved with an incredible community out there.
Look into the 2019 ATLANTIC CARAVAN These types of outings are fun.
