Default 5 point harness help!

I need some help in what to order and how to install. Currently I have a Arizona Speed & Marine harness bar and I just ordered a set of Corbeau A4 seats with the anti-sub slot in them as well as the slider base for then seats. here is where I need help. what do I need to get to be able to mount the 5 point harness to the car/seat? This is primarily a daily driver but I do also do Autocross. Obviously the shoulder straps are easy they mount to the bolt in the harness bar (or Im could wrap them around the harness bar either way that is easy. as for the lap belt though I have no idea what I need to order to mount that. Also how do I mount the anti-sub strap so if I adjust the seat it doesn't change the length of the strap?

Any thoughts on this helps.
Thanks guys!

Those don't look like the corbeau rails. Are those the stock rails?
