Would a bad fuel pump throw a code?
I can't get my 99 to start. It cranks over fine, in fact it cranks all day and still no start. I don't think it's getting fuel. I don't have any codes though. Could it be something besides the fuel pump?

I removed the fuel pump relay and jumped it from the battery to get some gas out. It only took a min and instantly I knew the fuel pump worked.
I had a pic of the terminal to use but deleted it. There's a older thread around that explains it.
