Does anybody know if speed engineering offers 1 3/4 long tube headers or do they just have the 1 7/8?

I have their 1-7/8 headers. As far as I am aware, they do not offer a 1-3/4 set

I heard 1 7/8 would be kinda overkill because my car is barely modded with just exhaust and cai

If you’re looking for every bit of power possible... maybe. I’m no expert, but I’ve read you give up a little torque with the 1-7/8 LTs If you aren’t upgrading heads/intake/etc for more flow. But I’ve also seen plenty of posts that proclaim you don’t loose anything.
Personally, I’d go for the 1-7/8. You’d never notice the minimal power loss and they’d give you the capacity for more upgrades down the road if you decided to do so.

I just had a set put on mine a couple months ago, zero fitment issues and sounds great.

I installed mine uncoated. Many folks prefer them coated, but I wasn’t interested in the added cost.
