30k miles original 1997. It was fine when I took it off for cam and heads swap. I could have easily put it right back on, but I didn't.
Part of me says I should have though just to join the sloppy mechanics bandwagon.
I will say this, if you are not your own mechanic, then just change the damn thing out when needed. Otherwise you should know ultimately when it needs to be changed, if that makes sense?

Burning Brakes
2000 FRC. Mine lasted until 130k miles when a relatively severe wobble started. Thankfully I caught it before it fully let go. Just swapped it out a couple months ago with a Powerbond UD unit.
