Side bolster internal flap broken

Anyone have a good fix for this? Searched around but it seems uncommon compared to all the other seat issues. Basically the plastic flap inside the driver's side bolster snapped off. I'm in the middle of swapping seat leather and would like to get everything right

Thanks... I finally found a couple threads with a little info, sounds like most people with this issue individually engineer a fix. I might end up that route or the used route. The part is riveted in, I have no idea why they put all those holes in the part right where the stress load would be the highest
