Just wanted to give a big “THANKS” to the present and past C5 General members that have helped me maintain and modify my 50th AE. CF can be a blessing and a curse as some of you influenced me to do more modifications and spend way more than I ever imagined. But you helped me build and maintain an awesome C5, so thank you!
My 50th AE is gone and I have since replaced it with a one of a kind C7. So I’ll probably be hanging out in C7 General for the most part, but I’ll still visit C5 General when I feel my input might help. I’ll attach some dealer pics of my new Vette (below). See you around, it’s been really fun.
Man-O-Man, that is one super cool looking C7. I'm a little jelly....I might have to go see the C7 forum once in a while just to keep looking at that thing. You made a great choice. Congrats.
Nice car! Does Rollie Purifoy still run that dealership? The dealership group I was at used to sell parts to their body shop that's located in the back of their Corvette center. However, I retired several years ago and haven't been back to Colorado for a very long time.

Yep, I met Rollie about a week ago. My C7 was the last custom P Series that Purifoy’s bodyshop did. They sold the bodyshop since then, but are still connected to it somehow because I met the guy who painted my car and they gave me the leftover paint. Super nice people at Purifoy. I heard they were in the top 30 for Corvette sales a few years back.

Good to hear he's still at it. He has to be pushing 70 but hopefully he keeps it rolling as there's not that many small family owned dealerships left. Everything has been moving toward big dealership groups owning everything.
