Not sure, but when I got my led fog lights a harness was included and I’m assuming that is a Hyperflash harness I installed it at the fuse box. I have since added the halo taillights and the switchback DL’s but it seems to that my turns signal flash quicker than normal and I have to wonder if the harness is indeed that.
I’m not sure if I got this right, so I took this photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That does not look like the hyperflash harness I have. It looks to be the 4-On for the headlights but I'm not totally sure on that either unless I go look at what fuses it's attatched to. The hyperflash harness will be installed under the dash and has a new digital flasher for your turn signals.

The hyperflash harness installs inside the dash, kind of behind the steering wheel. I installed mine myself and I'm not much of a DIY guy when it comes to that kind of thing.
I agree. Looking at where your fuse connections are for the relay, you have the high four headlight mod. You need more resistance on your turn signal circuit.
