Has anyone added a pair of speakers behind the seats but in front of the roof when retracted?
There seems to be enough room to add a small pair back there. I just replaced the door speakers but am missing some bass and the whole "surround" of the music.
I was thinking about adding a bass tube but I think some mids and a woofer would sound better
Somebody on the forum added this subwoofer under their passenger seat. I'm not sure how they got it to fit as is 2.6" tall but they did. They also wrote it sounds amazing. It will give you the bass you are looking for.
Well, it would pretty much have to be built in place anyway. I'm just still going back and forth on the sanity of aiming a 200W speaker right at the back of my head.
Well you know what they say.. "If it's too loud you're too old!" I would Rather have too much sound than not enough, especially cruising with the top down
