I got a right front flat on my 04. Leak from the side wall. Leak is bad enough that it will not hold air I need to drive 15 miles to my tire dealer. If I maintain my speed well below the 50 mph limit, what are the chance of damage to the O E M wheel. Tire is Michelin Zero run flat. BTW, no AAA or Low Profile jack. Both to soon change

Do you have any access to put air in the tire? Bicycle tire pump or nearby gas station that has air for tires? If you do I would put 40-45 lbs of air in the tire and go as far as you can before it becomes flat. The run flats are supposed to be good for up to 50 miles without any air in them. Take it slow and you should be alright for your 15 mile drive.
Will do, but definitely a sidewalk leak. I was going to try some green slime but have no idea how it will affect new tire installation.
No need to do anything to the tire. You will not damage the wheel. Again take your time don’t over heat the tire. I have run flats on my car for 21 years and have dealt with lose of air. Have not driven 15 miles. Use your head and take your time. Driving with out air is what a run flat is all about. As long as it’s not blown a part.
