As posted above, stickies at the top of the page. Buy the latest year C5 you can afford. Beware of highly modded C5s. Get a stocker, accident free and with maintenance records. Good luck!

Here is what I have learned about the C5 over the past 9 years. I love all C5's but some do have more "issues" than others.
Good luck on your search. I likewise spent a year before I found a 2002 C5 that fit my demanding criteria. I was lucky to find a one-owner with 50K on it that was completely stock.

Three years ago I located a 2002 Z06 at a dealer only 150 miles from here that was totally stock and had 42000 miles for $23.000. I'm pretty sure it wasn't driven hard because the CAGS hadn't even been disabled.
