Default 2000 convertible window seals leaks

I've spend over $900 in labor and parts for the convertible top window seals there are two on each side. OEM original GM parts are not available. And apparently the only ones that are do not seal up correctly. I actually went to a dealer and spent more money to have them installed as one of the members here sarcastically told me to trust the experts sometimes rather than having a friend of mine do it. It looks worse than it did when I first run it in, they are claiming that it's because the available Parts aren't up to par with the OEM and there's nothing we can do about it. Now after spending $900 I spent 240 on the front top ones and had a friend install my paid him 30 bucks then they weren't done right so I had to buy two front ones and two back ones for each window that was $520 that I paid Corvette Le Valley Chevrolet $240 to install those which still leak. I am distraught I have no idea what to do next please help!

I would have taken it to a shop that sells and replaces convertible tops. They are the experts. Other places have limited experience with convertibles.

At that point I would of bought a new or used replacement top. Yikes $900 no way for me

Do a search in the Tech section.
I think there are window adjustments which may be covered in the tech section.
You may need to contact a trimmer as JR suggests.
Buy a good floor mat that covers the whole front floor so you can just wipe up the water without it getting in the carpet.
Sorry for your problem and good luck.
